By accessing or using YATB's services, website, or any associated applications (collectively, the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

YATB provides automated trading bot services on the SUI blockchain. Our platform allows users to:

  • Create and manage automated trading strategies
  • Deploy personal smart contracts for fund management
  • Execute DCA (Dollar Cost Averaging), Grid, and Smart Trade strategies
  • Access real-time market data and analytics

3. Eligibility

To use YATB, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
  • Not be located in a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency trading is prohibited
  • Not be subject to any sanctions or restrictions that would prohibit your use of the Service

4. Self-Custody and User Responsibility

YATB operates on a self-custody model. This means:

  • Your Funds, Your Control: You maintain full custody of your assets through your personal smart contract
  • Private Keys: You are solely responsible for securing your wallet and private keys
  • No Recovery: We cannot recover lost funds due to lost private keys or unauthorized access to your wallet
  • Transaction Approval: All transactions require your explicit approval through your connected wallet

5. Risks and Disclaimers

5.1 Trading Risks

Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. You acknowledge that:

  • Past performance does not guarantee future results
  • Automated trading strategies may result in significant losses
  • Market conditions can change rapidly and unpredictably
  • You may lose some or all of your invested capital

5.2 Technical Risks

You acknowledge the following technical risks:

  • Smart contract vulnerabilities
  • Blockchain network congestion or failures
  • Oracle malfunctions or manipulation
  • Third-party service disruptions

5.3 No Financial Advice

YATB does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. All trading decisions are made solely by you. We recommend consulting with qualified financial advisors before making investment decisions.

6. Fees

YATB charges fees for certain services as outlined on our pricing page. Fees may include:

  • Subscription fees for premium features
  • Transaction fees for executed trades
  • Network gas fees (paid to the blockchain, not YATB)

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with reasonable notice.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse engineer the Service
  • Manipulate markets or engage in fraudulent trading practices
  • Use the Service to launder money or finance terrorism
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or abuse promotions

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property related to YATB are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YATB AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR FUNDS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YATB, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Service Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time
  • Update these Terms with reasonable notice
  • Terminate your access to the Service for violation of these Terms

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against YATB.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which YATB operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
